Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' in Illinois

"Vee and the team were very helpful in a very odd situation. We ordered 40 sauced wings with sides online through the main website. However, we only were delivered 20 sauceless wings without sides. We called in trying to solve the problem and it turned out it was a system issue. Vee offered to remake the order fresh if we returned, the only downside as we ordered for delivery. It was quick and painless once I got to the location as it was nearby."

"Best place ever!!! The staff here, V the general manager and their team is AMAZING! The staff are kind, patient, and clean. They really care about their customers and their restaurant. "It’s a new store… some of these one-star comments need to chill out. They’re trying their hardest and they’re not gonna be shining right out the gate. . My advice is to order on the app . fast friendly and good. Rewards offers a salad but I don’t see it on the menu.. hope they have one and this will be our go to instead of wingstop.. they just really need to step up the ranch game .. gave us 2 tablespoons for $40 worth of wings and tenders."

"Great customer service. During a rush they had just one worker taking orders and making all the food by himself until another worker came back to help. They performed extremely well under pressure they were behind on orders, but were still putting the customers first making them feel welcome while it was obvious that it was a stressful time for both workers running the whole store. They both performed well under pressure, and my food came out great! I will definitely be going back for more wings sometime soon."

"Come to this BWW every Tues for the special and I was greeted by a new friendly smile She had said she's new in MANAGEMENT AT THIS location and she respectful! The new GM She asked my preferences, then recommended a few. We were so surprised with trying out of our normal, yet a new year and new flavors!
